Racism

Racism. This is a very hot topic that the youth love to discuss about. Racism still exists today and not many knows when we will see the end of it. Especially when you're an indian born in Malaysia. Many got discriminated, even the constitution discriminates us and even the Chinese gets discriminated, we aren't the only ones. In a worldwide scale, the problems had reduced alarmingly over the years in the western civilizations but not in the eastern civilization. Don't believe me? Look at out government, look at the Sri Lankan government and you can also look at the racism in Israel.

I'm not gonna go too deeply about it in asia, instead let's talk about it in Malaysia. This is very controversial indeed. Everyone knows that the Malays gets more privilege on almost everything from the country compared to the non Muslims. Ask any Indian fellas and they will say they aren't given any chance to do any shit in this country. Then what happened to the students that filled the quota?? Half of them graduated locally and got a good job (god bless them) but the other half fled the country in search of a better lifestyle.

So even the bright students in our society has left us to rot in the country. And then there is another issue of the skin color. You may see some Indian girls now, they will talk highly about racial equality and democracy but next thing you know they are at the pharmacy looking for fair and lovely. Even the guys, they see a dark skinned lady and the try to avoid. Wtf is their problem?? They aren't even proud of their own heritage that's their problem. How on earth can you demand for equality when you yourself dislike the color of your skin.

Obama recently visited Malaysia. He agreed that the government ain't doing enough for the minorities. Mr Obama was right. But let's take him as an example. He became the first black president of America. His achievement itself is a monumental victory against racism. Did you ever see the African americans heading to the pharmacy to get fair and lovely??. They were proud of themselves. Wherever they went they were always saying Black and Proud or Black Power. They had the pride of a lion in them and that itself has helped them fight racism.

What can we Indians do to fight racism?? First of all we all should be proud of our heritage. Be proud of the color of your skin. Treat your own people with respect, don't look down at them because they were from another caste that's like racism against your own. Treat your people like they are family don't drag them down. Help your brothers and sisters never fight amongst yourself. What can be done next is to treat every other race with the equal amount if respect. Don't do onto them what they done onto you. Learn to treat them as your brother instead of two distant strangers. We have to rise together with them. Everyday is a struggle but slowly we can achieve equality, we just need to learn to respect each other.

We can only achieve success if and only if we can change ourselves to be better. Take the African Americans as an example to fight racism. That's all from me today. Your feedbacks are most welcomed. Till the next time.

Unity

Its not something very unsual for my makkals to be disrespected in the face of Malaysia. People tend to get scared and nervous when the see us. Where did we go wrong??

Is it because the fact of 1500 valid gangster members which is a part of 38 indians gangster groups are my makkals? Maybe...but guys, is that the sole reason why we are being treated like this? Then comes another question. Another races also got banyak gangster then why they all ok only? Asking this question gives us a picture that this alone cant stand as the reason for our predicament. The actual reason for this  is US....us and us alone...Dont point your fingers and blame the goverment, the Malays and the Chinese always. Ask yourself that how united was,is and will our community be?

How many our my successful makkals would actually give their first priority for my makkals itself? I believe living in Malaysia certainly has shown you some pictures regarding priority given by the chinese and malays to towards their community. They would always place their people as the prime concern in most aspects. Are we doing the same or vice versa? From personal experience, I have seen alot of makkals who actually denies the chances to our people by giving tons of reason(not everyone guys and its irrelevant whether the reason is accepted or not). Remember guys...A person can only prove himself if given a chance to do so. Chance is the thing is which is needed by our young generation the most so why cant the affluent give them a chance to prove themselves?

The picture is the rough sketch of Parameswara. When I was studying in school, I used to hear alot of my friends complain. Why lah Parameswara convert into muslim, if he tak convert sure we wont be fthe victim of this favouritism( I also said this many times ). However, the day came when I grew up. The attitude of people blaming this continued but this time it was substitute with the goverment, Malays and etc. Guys...the real problem lies within us. We are not united and thats the fact. Dont believe me? Keep reading....

This are the few people who made the Malaysian Indians proud throughout the nation. This are only few. There are tons of more malaysian indians who had made it and made all of us proud. But frankly speaking, how many of us actually know these brothers and sisters who made it? All we know is that if a makkal made it in this country, he/she would not be hold in high regard as compared to the malays who have made it. But then again, if we our ownselves does not aprreciated these people then why should others? These people are the ones which we should used to rise the name of our community but then we are the people who dont even recognize them.

I was at a tamil school one fine day. There was these few kids playing together. So I went and talk to those kids as I just wanted to know them. I started to enquire their name. So when I ask the kids their name...they told me their name, age, race and ambition. The thing that caught my mind was thier name and race. First kid told me that his name was Sreenivasan and he is a Indian. The second guy told me his name was Joseph Kalyanraj and he is a christian. I advised him that christian is a religion and you are just same as your friend. You are an Indian...To my suprise, he didnt seem to digest that, He was like no no no...I am christian...this situation made me to think....Where are the basic fundamentals of our community which is UNITY....

These are the main language which is being used by the Malaysian Indians. Rather than just being a language, people has used to language to ration out the Malaysian Indians. Guys, the total population of Malaysian Indians are only 7.1 percent in Malaysia. This is already been separated by religion, language then the worst of all....jati!!

The unity is the basic thing which is needed to empower our community. The basic of a simple community is Unity. When we are not strong in our basement, how to we aspect to rise? God Bless Us All!!

Lastly i just wanna say to everyone that this above post is personally my own opinion and if it was never meant to offend anyone. If it did, then SORRY is the word which i will use...

Survival Of The Language

Tamil....

Is tamil considered a dying language these days..Definitely the answer is yes..but why is this thing happening?? Its all because the lack of recognition of this eminent language..The root of this problem is the people itself.

Tamil is so beautiful that even a newborn baby can say the First uyir eluthu of tamil which is அ when it cries....but a tamil child who is 3 years old doesn't know how to speak tamil..whose fault is this again?
I would place the total blame on their parents...some parents teach so much of english to their kids and yet refuse to teach even a bit of tamil to their kids....Are you ashamed of our own language? I THINK YOU DO...there are a lot of statements being provided by the parents as the reason why they never teach their kids tamil.

a) I feel shy when my child talks in tamil...

- OMG!!!! actually come to think of it...its not something which is surprising especially at this part of the century....we used to tell a person who forget his language is equivalent to forget person who forget is mother....but in today's world...forgetting their blood parents is PIECE OF CAKE for them nowdays I guess...

b) If he/she talks in tamil, he will became a bad person.....

- Tamil is not evil neither to everyone who speaks tamil is evil...just because one guy samun you speaks tamil, it does not mean everyone speaks tamil will samun... Chinese and Malays also commit crime but nobody categorize all the Chinese and Malay as criminals....then why the Indians share a different fate?

c) Nolah aiyaa , tamil wont bring you far...learn chinese better....

- yes..I do understand that the economy of this country is being dominated by the chinese but that does not exonerate tamilans from not learning tamil...giving up on our own people and language is not the easy way out..

The easiest way of promoting tamil is through education which is Tamil School...only from Tamil school's we can actually educate kids the need of our mother tongue in our community...now rise another problem...how many of our kids actually goes to Tamil School?

The quality of education in Tamil School is always is open to question....yes, this is true indeed....but actually what we have did to make the situation better?? There are tons of tamil schools which is in a situation that it could not be considered as a school at the first place..that usual thing..but the unfamiliar thing about it is that there is a mostly a nearby temple to the school which is very much highly developed. People living in that area are willing to donate so much to the temples( more than one ) and nothing to the schools? Why is that? Did our religion teaches us that we will only gain redemption and vekumati only by donating money to temples but not by helping poor kids to succeed in their life??

This is the situation of the of tamil schools in our country.....there are people who actually lending a hand...whatever it is, what different can a group of individuals do the most?? It should actually not be a group or two but everyone should lend their hand to help the kids in this type of schools and also to upgrade the standard of this type of schools.

For example, lets just take a situation...if there is a lot indians in one particular area, most should be able to send their kids to that particular tamil schools...and the parents of the children who is studying in that school can contribute to the school little by little to improve the condition of the school... Once the standard the school has improved, even people who are not from that particular area will send their children to that school. For the high-fliers in that area, they can actually adopt the schools and if it is not possible for one of them to adopt the school separately then they can adopt the school in a group. Everyone will be happy if the status of the school hikes up.

If this happens, then we would actually start to bring our education level into another level which is our own independent tamil secondary school. Once this level is achieved , then we will have advertisement in the newspaper like this

When this happens, WE HAVE MADE IT!!! GOD BLESS it will happen ASAP.....

There is alots of this stuffs which is available to the public nowdays but pandai-pandai buat lah....dont untill your kids thinks that you dont trust them( truth hurts!!!)..

Lastly i just wanna say to everyone that this above post is personally my own opinion and if it was never meant to offend anyone. If it did, then SORRY is the word which i will use...

The Problems With Indians

Disclaimer: this blog currently has three different writers. I'm not the creator but his friend. I'll deliver my point of view of the current situation of the Indian community. Whatever I write might be controversial and hard to accept but do bare in mind it's only my opinion. I'll end my articles with my initials PC do look out for them.

Indians in Malaysia are in a pathetic state and we all do know that but the majority tend to ignore this problem. The Malays or Chinese can't be bothered and even most Indians themselves are ignoring it. Most Machas will tell you that they were not given chances to develop, you can agree with this point but if you look at the Chinese brothers, they weren't given the same chances too yet they are practically running the country incognito. The answer to why they are better is because they are more hard working. They prefer to work their asses off now and enjoy later.

Most Indians are downright lazy. Compare an Indian businessman and a Chinese businessman. The former prefers to finish work earlier so that he can go home and watch television while the latter works all night long to develop his business. Don't get me wrong, I have seen Indians who work tirelessly. In fact, one of my friends currently put his education on hold for a year to support his dad's business. He leaves with his dad in the morning and only cones back at about 8 pm and he's only 21 years old. Can you imagine yourself spending your youth working your ass off like that? I bet most youths reading this prefer entertaining themselves rather than putting an effort to whatever they do.

I've always followed this philosophy that if you really put an effort into whatever you do, you don't need to pray to God for success, God himself will grant it to you. I have witnessed this countless of times. If you're young and have many more years to go, do not be afraid to make sacrifices. Every little effort you put in and every little sacrifices you make will give you a good output in the end.

Why I'm saying this is because, evidently we have never been given proper help by the government. We can't blame them for doing that. Just imagine yourself as a politician in Malaysia. Would you be willing to help someone who can't even stand up for themselves ??  No. This is one good reason why the government couldn't be bothered about us. They did the same to the Chinese, but they were strong collectively and look where they are now. They practically run this could try. They don't need the government to fund the schools, they can fund it themselves. If they can, why can't we?

One good solution is to work together. Let's show them all we can develop without their help. Let's show them how great we really are. Let them fear us. We must stand united. We must all help each other. Stop looking at your fellow Indian as a stranger, instead start treating him like your brother. Bare in mind folks, its really painful to be look down at by others. It's also even more painful when I see us fighting among ourselves. We are probably the only race on earth that will bring down our own kind. An Indian can beat up another by just staring. Sounds stupid right? But it's the goddamn truth.

That's why I'm stressing that we should not look at each other as enemies, we should treat each other as brothers in arms. Enough with the fighting and start being united for heaven's sake. We gotta respect our women also and please guys they aren't tools to satisfy your sexual pleasure.

I think I've written enough for today. I hope someone who reads this get motivated to change their attitude. I won't hope for everyone to be motivated, even if it's just one person who gets motivated, I'll be happy with myself.

Happy Reading everyone. If I have offended you, don't be it's only one guy's opinion don't get too emotional. Your comments and feedback are very much appreciated by our team. Thanks for reading.

BLUE BOOK - DEAD AND BURRIED

Blue BooK -Dead and BuRRIED

The Blue Book is perhaps one of the greatest ideas of the MIC leaders to actually grown this community into something big and successful rather than what it is now...MAIKA HOLDINGS,Maju Institute of Education and Development (MIED) and others are some of the ideas of this Blue Book.....these was preplanned by our thailavars in such way that it will only bring our community to a higher lever....however,due to the change over of leadership and some's personal gain...this ideas have been used in such ways only break down the trust of the community towards the rulling party(MIC)....

I AM NOBODY TO JUDGE HIM BUT I BELIEVE THAT HE HAD ACTUALLY TRIED SOMETHING FOR THIS COMMUNITY

The main of of this Blue Book was to combine the strength of great leaders, great minds and great prosperous to help the community to grown up...the ideas was planned in such a way that it doesnt require the people to invest money in it however enjoy the sucess of it together.....something like the program New Affirmative Action Movement (NAAM) which has been introduced by Dato M.Saravanan.....like I said before...I cannot judge the actions of others but atleast I know that he is trying something......

From the reading this article, surely most of you will think me as one KAKI MIC....well I am not....the thing is that statistics showed in the news and media is usually more to the negative things achieved by indians...such as high is gangsteris, high in alcoholism and stuffs like that....but do they ever show to us the positive statistics of our people which consist 15.5% of the professionals in this country. This includes doctors (28.4%), lawyers (26.8%), dentists (21%), veterinary surgeons (28.5%), engineers (6.4%), accountants (5.8%), surveyors (3.0%)and architects (1.5%) and Scientists....once you start to replace your negative thoughts with positive one,you will start having postive results....

One of the biggest problem of our people is the negative thoughts of our own people.....alah,that indian fellow is like that lah.......well,indians...what you except from them. I am bored of hearing all this negative comments from our own people. Yes,  I understand some of people behaviour is the thing that is leading to this kind of comments but people...ask yourselves..issit right to judge one whole bunch of community just based of few rotten individuals???? If we ourselves criticize our people, then why should the others respect us???

7% of the Malaysian population is Indian (2004), a drop from 12% in 1957 and 0.5 million Indian Malaysians have emigrated overseas. Lets just think rationally...those who have migrated overseas should come from those who have succeed in life...the way things is, the suffering ones will have no chance to leave this country at all...So lets just see...0.5 millons of us has achieved success in life( I believe surely there is more) and what would have happen if atleast half of this people stand behind and fight for us??

We do compare ourselves with the african-americans often...the thing is,the african-americans was discriminated more than us...yet they choose to stay and fight and here they are today.....They are winning....LOOK AT OURSELVES!!!! Buckle up and study hard and then migrate...my uncle use to say that...WHY SHOULD I LEAVE???

University intake for Indians reduced from 20% in 1956 and by about 50% from the over 10% quota in 1970 to 5.2% in 2003. Medical seats in the University of Malaya was reduced by 98% from 16 seats in 2001 to only 1 seat in 2003. 144 Indian primary schools closed down from 1968 - 2000. If we leave, will the situation here change?? I dont think so....the ones who can afford will leave then the rest will suffer like how its happening now.....change is not just a word my makkals....its effort....lets make a change..TOGETHER WE STAND DIVIDED WE FALL......

Lastly i just wanna say to everyone that this above post is personally my own opinion and if it was never meant to offend anyone. If it did, then SORRY is the word which i will use...

BLOOD AND ORGANS

Blood and Organ

By looking at they way our community is going, I personally belief that our community is not blessed by god as much as it needs to be. Today lets speak about one of the most noble charity of all time, Blood and organ donation.

Alot of people are getting knocked out in the road nowadays and thus the amount of people who requires blood is increasing. However, not all of us are very fond of giving blood, from my personal experience, these are the reasons that they give...

a)Dun wan lah praveen, I scared I will become fat

-my anbu makkals, you will never get fat if you donate blood in fact you will actually lose approximately 200 calories each time you donate blood. This trauma of gaining weight should be stopped!!

b)I feel very weak lah praveen if i donate blood, I scared i cant do my daily routine properly

- There is no evident that you will actually be weak after donating blood. This is a another excuse which is given to avoid donating blood. Unless you wanna thani after donating blood, then dun worry you wont have a single problem to continue your daily routine.

c)I am scared lah praveen, blood donation can be a very painful procedure.

-the only moment that the blood donation is gonna hurt a little is when the puncturing of needle for donation which will take approximately 2 second at most!!!! it is not gonna hurt you all the way. Please don not use this as a excuse to not donate blood. Everyone can hit the gym and endure pain just to get six pacs and minat the sarekes. When someone ask you does it hurt to go to the gym, the usual respond is NO PAIN NO GAIN, but when it comes to doing an angelic thing, why pain suddenly becomes a very strong excuse?

d)Dont wan lah praveen, my blood already dirty because I smoke always.

-Ladies and gentlemen, I am not here to argue about smoking is right or not, but i know that smoking is not an excuse for avoiding blood donation. As long you never smoke one hour before and after smoking, its good enough already.(You will be properly screened before being able to donate in the first place,so dont make assumptions like a doctor and let the doctors to do their job).

e)Alah, NO TIME LAH PRAVEEN....

-seriously!!!!! this is the lamest excuse of all time, there is an old saying, no matter who you are, time is always the same for everyone because god does not side with anyone.

These are like the common reasons given by those who dont want to donate blood. Now lets go to the organ itsation part. Personally, I am conducting a self campaign for organ donation.I  go around and ask people if they are interested in organ donation and if they do, then I will give them the form to fill up at that instant and do the submitting of the form personally. From all the reason, the ones that I betul betul cannot tahan is these three

a)If I donate, I wont have eyes during my funeral la ? I wont have anything in my body ke?

-literally i am asking you, how many of you all have seen a dead person in the coffin with their eyes wide open??? and how many of you have literally open a dead body's eyes in a funeral??? Do you really think this is an excuse??? and for the second question, dude!!! You are freaking dead, what the hell you have all your organs in your body for??? they gonna bakar or tanam you anyhow, so its better for you all to donate your organs rather than it just going waste like that???

b)I dont have time lah bro...

-if this is really your excuse, then maybe I can help you if you are someone from selangor, melaka, kuala lumpur or negeri sembilan, if time is your problem, then all you got to do is text me. I will personally  come to the place which is easy for you. You just fill up the form which will take you less than 2 minutes and I will do the rest. If you have a printer and a scanner and malas wanna post it, just print the document online, fill it up, scan it and send it to my email
msjitra63@hotmail.com
i will do the rest

c)I think this is against my religion's belief....

-According to my research and surveys, All the four main religion in malaysia (hindu, islam, christianity and buddhism) promotes organ donation. None of these religions opposes organ donation as all believe its a very noble act for a person who is donating organs.

If you wanna keep giving excuses, you can continue doing that. If you wanna make the world a better place, then you can look at yourself and make the change.

Lastly i just wanna say to everyone that this above post is personally my own opinion and if it was never meant to offend anyone. If it did, then SORRY is the word which i will use...

TAMILAN VS ALCOHOL

Tamilan Vs Alcohol

Biasalah bro....alcohol is undoubtedly the killing machine of indian community. Alcohol has basically caused everything except success to our people. Whose fault is our community is exposed this kind of wabak berbahaya???? Personally if u ask me, I would say that drinking is not a BIGGY BIGGY BAD thing....Other words of saying it...if u manage the ways to drink properly...I dont think it would be a big problem like how it has happen to us now....First thing is this patte thani....for those who never heard of patte thani before...THIS IS THE LEGENDARY KAPAK!!!

You can actually manage to get this thing for approximately RM 15 ONLY!!! It contains 37% of alcohol...but the major problem is due the very low price of this drink....it can be bought easily by couple of MY ANBU MANAVARKAL (eventhough only 18+ can buy this drink by law)....

The next major problem with us is when we are drunk.....we actually think that all the other indian pandang us kurang ajar and ends up in a fight...Hello!!! wake up guys....its a free world....dont became superman after consuming Kapak!!!

THIS BROADCAST IS SPECIALLY TO MY ANBU EYALNYAGAL...there are tons of stuffs to be done in this place which benefits others as well as u rather than wasting money(health comes free) by becoming a slave to THANI....mau minum pun sekali sekala lah bro....I have personally met our people who actually still living the kais pagi makan pagi, kais petang makan petang.....they literally need our help....who will help us if it not us......

FOOD FOR A THOUGHT: drinking actually kills more teens than all tother drugs combined together.

Parents....please take care of your own kids....charity starts at home...the affordable one, if u really think that your children is doing something bad...feel free to install mobile spy software on their hones so that u can keep monitoring them...
